Hi! My name is Hannah.
I was born and raised in the south and I am a fierce warrior. Learning to embrace my intensity and finding the courage to not shrink back has been a brutal 20-year journey.
My greatest joy is my family. My greatest contribution to the world has been the legacy birthed through my children. They will change the world.
I am passionate about leadership and discipleship. I have learned to embrace this because it oozes out of my being. After being asked for years, on a monthly basis, to disciple, teach, and mentor - you are witnessing the birthing of years of prayer.
I am taking over 20 years of experience as a wife, mother, and ministry leader and bringing them to you. I want to dive deep into the principles that I have learned. These "ingredients" have helped me learn to balance all that life has thrown at me. Judge a tree by its fruit. Take a look at my life as a wife, mother, and leader - if you want to learn with me - it would be my honor to come alongside of you.
Let's change the world! NOW is the time.
I have been with Jeff for over 20 years. We have seen the highest of highs and the lowest of lows in the various seasons of life. We are as different as two people can be, and yet we are committed more today than we were when we said, "I do."
We are passionate about biblical marriage and often mentor young couples. In this season of life, you can find us planning our next adventure and laughing a lot.
My biological daughters are fierce warriors in the kingdom. That is my greatest joy and accomplishment in life. Both are college graduates and serving Jesus in full-time ministry. We are eager for the season of "children's children," as we welcome grandchildren to the family.
The dozens of spiritual daughters I have loved through discipleship and the decades are now influencing both marketplace and ministry. I find great joy in hearing testimonies of kingdom impact.
I started a counter-trafficking non-profit in 2009. Since then, we have grown to multiple offices, not only state-side but international as well. In addition, I have had the privilege of serving on the board of numerous start-up agencies and provide insight to systems and structural development. What can I say, building things is in my blood.
When it comes to church ministry, you can find my husband and I serving in various leadership roles. We have been in leadership, in one way or another, for over 20 years.
I combine 10 years of experience in corporate America, 15 years in non-profit, and over 20 years of church leadership in various roles with proven fruit. The highs and lows have cultivated a deep resolve in my spirit for things of the kingdom.
I deeply believe in obedience-based faith. Over and over, I am invited into the lives of people to be a sounding-board to those who are experiencing the call of God on their life. Giving sound, biblical advice and courage to JUMP is one of my greatest joys.
Judge a tree by its fruit.
My life is my greatest testimony in both my personal and professional life. From that place, I seek to take the faith and knowledge that I have be given to empower other women.
I am passionate about personal and spiritual growth. This intensive approach combines the depth of relational discipleship with the strategic guidance of leadership development, creating a dynamic framework for individuals to grow as both leaders and disciples of their faith.
Leadership within this context is not merely about authority or hierarchy but rather about service and empowerment. Leaders within small groups are called to shepherd, mentor, and equip others, creating an environment where every member is encouraged to discover and utilize their unique gifts and talents for the collective growth of the group.
Discipleship, on the other hand, is about intentional growth and transformation. It involves the cultivation of spiritual disciplines, the study of scripture, and the pursuit of a deeper understanding of one's faith. In the context of small groups, discipleship takes on a relational dimension, where members not only learn from each other but also hold each other accountable and provide support and encouragement along the way.
This intensive approach to leadership and discipleship within small groups is characterized by its holistic nature. It addresses the spiritual, emotional, and practical aspects of personal growth, recognizing that true transformation occurs when these dimensions are integrated and nurtured in community.
Throughout this journey, participants are challenged to step out of their comfort zones, confront their fears and insecurities, and embrace their potential as leaders and disciples. They are invited to wrestle with difficult questions, explore new perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue with their peers, all in pursuit of a deeper and more authentic relationship with their faith and with each other.
Does this sound like something you need?
We would love to discuss what's on your mind.
